Key Responsibilities

Support the team to deliver care that helps improve the health outcomes of individuals and the wider community.

Continuously develop personal competence to deliver effective care and treatments by enhancing clinical and technical knowledge, skills, and expertise.
Communicate appropriately and effectively with all stakeholders involved in the patient's care pathway.

Maintain a steadfast commitment to improving care delivery and the overall patient experience.

Candidate Requirements

Registration: Current, valid registration as a Practitioner with the NMC or HCPC.
Specialist Qualifications: Basic and advanced competence/qualification in Endoscopy Care and Decontamination; completion of the Operators Course in Endoscopy Decontamination; ILS certification.
Knowledge & Standards: Working knowledge of appropriate standards and external bodies (such as Healthcare Improvement Scotland/CQC regulations, GRS, JAG, and HTM 01–06).
Desirable: Teaching, assessing, or mentorship qualifications.
