About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Morrisons to recruit friendly, customer-focused Customer Assistants to join the Online team in Centre, Milton Keynes.

In this active role, you will be responsible for picking and packing customer online orders quickly, carefully, and accurately using in-store technology. Operating in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines, you will ensure customers receive exactly what they need, right when they need it. You will also receive cross-training to support other areas of the store, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, as business needs require.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Order Picking & Packing: Use in-store tech to accept orders, accurately locate products, and prepare customer orders swiftly and carefully for delivery or collection.
Customer Care: Deliver a friendly, helpful approach, ensuring high standards of accuracy and service in a fast-paced environment.
Store Flexibility: Cross-train and assist across other store departments—including Replenishment and Customer Service—wherever support is needed most.
