Position: Driver - Home Delivery
Location: Fort William (PH33 6AN)
Hours: 30 Hours per week (Permanent, mixed shift patterns including morning shifts from 07:00 to 16:30 and evening shifts from 14:30 to 22:00. Requires approximately 50% weekend work.)

In this fast-paced, varied role, no two days are the same. You will thrive on making customers happy every day by delivering fresh groceries and products safely and on time, all while maintaining a helpful, friendly style that goes above and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Deliveries: Deliver shopping directly to customers' doors, providing a friendly service and ensuring products arrive fresh and on time.
Active Handling: Safely lift and move heavy items, including totes weighing up to 18kg, using a range of equipment while maintaining high standards of Health & Safety.
Flexible Shift Coverage: Work mixed shift patterns covering mornings (07:00 to 16:30) and evenings (14:30 to 22:00), with approximately 50% weekend work required.
Query Resolution: Use your own initiative to support and resolve customer queries on delivery.

About You

Licence Requirements: Must be over 18 years old, have held a full driving licence for over 1 year, and have no more than 6 points on your licence.

Active & Resilient: Enjoys an active, fast-paced, and varied environment, comfortable with lifting and physical duties.
