You will be based at Hall Cliffe Primary School, an independent specialist day school in Wakefield that has proudly achieved an Outstanding Ofsted rating.

The school supports children and young people who face significant challenges, including neurodevelopmental conditions like Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Many of our pupils have experienced adverse childhood trauma, resulting in high levels of anxiety that can sometimes manifest as challenging behavior. The Role: Get Out What You Put In

In this busy, highly varied role, you will be the welcoming face of the school and the engine behind its daily organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Front-of-House Excellence: Running the school reception day-to-day, greeting visitors, staff, and pupils with warmth and professionalism.
Administrative Support: Partnering with the Senior Administrator to manage day-to-day school operations efficiently.
Data & Compliance: Taking responsibility for updating accurate pupil records, managing internal files, and generating essential school reports.
Bespoke Support: Keeping multiple administrative "plates spinning" to maintain a calm, organized hub for teaching staff and clinical therapists.
