The Role: Get Out What You Put In

In this role, you will work closely with classroom teachers and our in-house clinical therapists to create a calm, supportive, and aspirational learning atmosphere.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Empowering Students: Supporting children and young people with neurodiverse and SEMH needs, helping them learn, develop practical abilities, and build self-esteem.
Classroom Partnership: Working hand-in-hand with the class teacher to adapt activities, manage challenges calmly, and keep students positively engaged.
Therapeutic Collaboration: Interacting with our on-site clinical teams to implement holistic support strategies tailored to each child's unique personality and potential.
