In this adaptable clinical leadership role, you will supervise care staff and deliver outstanding nursing care to residents with complex physical and health needs. You will manage clinical procedures, oversee infection prevention, administer medication, and draft tailored care plans using specialized clinical assessment tools to ensure exceptional standards of care across the home.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver expert clinical care, including medication administration, wound management, catheter care, and infection control.
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care assistants during shifts to promote consistent care quality.
Create and update individualized, comprehensive care plans using assessment frameworks such as Waterlow and MUST.

Requirements

Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse with a current PIN.
Proven experience in care planning and utilizing clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST.
Strong leadership, task delegation, and decision-making capabilities within a multidisciplinary environment.
