Employment Type: Permanent | Hourly Paid

Hours: 20 Hours per week (Flexible working including weekend working; shift pattern: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM; shifts can start as early as 4:00 AM)

About the Role

Working on the shop floor, you will play a vital part in keeping shelves fully stocked with wonderful fresh and ambient products. You will thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities to ensure customers can always get what they need, when they need it.

Additionally, you will receive cross-training to support other dynamic areas of the store—such as Market Street or Customer Service teams—making this an ideal role for a collaborative team player.

Key Responsibilities

Keep shop floor shelves fully stocked with fresh and ambient products efficiently.
Work within a fast-paced, structured environment following clear routines and timed procedures.
Support other vital store areas (such as Market Street or Customer Service) when needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a helpful and friendly approach.
