Salary: £42,000.00 per annum

Hours: 40.00 hours per week

About the Role

As a Care Home Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role supporting the delivery of the exceptional care we are known for. Working closely with the General Manager and stepping into leadership duties in their absence, you will help maintain top-tier care standards while motivating a dedicated multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life.

You will lead by example through regular audits, supervised clinical practices, and regulatory compliance checks. Drawing on your expertise, you will develop and deliver strategies to achieve the home's goals and foster an engaging, energetic environment.

About You

Experience in helping residents with diverse health needs.
A proven, successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
Background knowledge in HR, a strong understanding of sales and marketing, and experience with budget management.
