Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Care Home Operations Manager on behalf of our client to lead operational standards and drive clinical excellence across care facilities in the South region. In this mobile senior leadership position, you will step into care homes to provide strategic direction, execute turnaround plans, and support home management teams in delivering exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities

Step in as an interim General Manager or CQC Registered Manager to lead care home operations, execute turnaround strategies, and enforce regulatory compliance.
Perform robust quality audits, oversee incident investigations, and implement effective action plans to resolve operational and clinical concerns.
Drive financial performance through annual budget management, staff recruitment and development, and local community outreach to build occupancy.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification or equivalent senior healthcare leadership experience with a proven track record in care home turnaround.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, statutory health and safety standards, and robust care home budget control.
Full UK driving licence with complete willingness to travel regularly across the region and undertake overnight stays.
