Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with leading distribution networks to find dedicated Selectors (Days) for the Darlington Distribution Centre. Join a fun, close-knit team where your primary role will be to "pick" stock for specific stores and load them onto the correct pallets, ensuring everything is ready for timely collection by our drivers.

Receiving instructions through a headset, you'll need to be on the ball, paying close attention to essential details like store numbers and verifying that all relevant paperwork is accurate. With impressive sales growth and new stores opening at lightning speed, our warehouse teams play a crucial role in keeping store shelves stocked.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Selection: Accurately "pick" items for specific stores based on headset instructions.
Pallet Loading: Properly organize and load products onto the correct pallets ready for driver collection.
Accuracy & Documentation: Pay close attention to details like store numbers and ensure all relevant paperwork is accurate.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a fun, close-knit, and fast-paced team environment.
