Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Supplier Assurance and Project Manager to join their Procurement team in Staines, UK. This is an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity for an experienced professional to lead supplier assurance initiatives, strengthen governance processes and support regulatory readiness during a period of business transformation.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supplier risk management, enhance reporting standards and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements while driving continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead supplier assurance and regulatory readiness activities, ensuring compliance with governance and risk requirements.
Review supplier performance, KPIs and third-party risks while identifying improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with procurement, risk and senior stakeholders to enhance supplier oversight and governance processes.

Requirements

Experience in Third Party Risk Management, Supplier Assurance, Procurement or Operational Risk.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, governance frameworks and supplier performance management.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and project management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
