In this pivotal supervisory role, you will lead shifts, coordinate personalized care plans, and ensure high standards of safety and care administration. You will work alongside a passionate team, empowering residents to maintain independence while managing daily health and wellbeing routines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise shifts, allocate daily duties, and ensure the safe administration and recording of medications.
Perform risk assessments and manage resident care plans alongside families and external health professionals.
Support care assistants on the floor and collaborate with the leadership team to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred, alongside proven ability to lead and delegate work effectively.
Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and a practical understanding of care planning processes.
Relevant experience or willingness to undergo training in medication administration and shift coordination.
