The Role

We are currently recruiting an ambitious, high-performing Store Manager on behalf of our market-leading supermarket client (Aldi).

In this role, you will step into a pivotal leadership position to drive operational excellence, inspire a positive team culture, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will be the driving force behind the store's financial success, cost controls, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, inspire, and recruit a high-performing team; foster continuous professional growth and maintain a positive work environment.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily in-store tasks, manage costs, and ensure full compliance with health & safety standards and due diligence.
KPI Management: Consistently meet and exceed challenging operational performance targets.
Customer Service: Set the benchmark for exceptional customer service, handling escalated complaints professionally to build store loyalty.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven Leadership: Extensive experience leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced, lean retail or operational environment.
Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency through smart time and cost management.
Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in hitting challenging KPIs while upholding high standards of compliance.
Adaptable & Visionary: An agile leader who proactively embraces change with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
