About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Store Assistant for the bustling retail store on Newport Docks Way.

In store operations, no two days are alike. As a Store Assistant, you are at the very heart of the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly from morning until night. Whether you're welcoming customers, working the tills, or keeping shelves impeccably stocked, your contribution is vital to creating an exceptional shopping experience.

Detailed Key Responsibilities

Customer Care: Provide friendly, fast, and efficient customer service to everyone who walks through the doors.
Merchandising & Stocking: Quickly restock shelves, monitor product quality, and maintain high visual presentation standards across the store.
Till Operations: Handle cash and card transactions accurately and promptly on a fast-moving checkout line.
Teamwork: Work closely with store colleagues to support a fast-paced, collaborative, and friendly team environment.

Experience Level: Retail experience is a bonus, but not essential—your positive attitude matters most!
Transport Readiness: Shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM and finish as late as 10:00 PM. Please ensure you have dependable transport to and from the Newport Docks Way store for these hours.
