Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a proactive and target-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join a prestigious care home team in Gosmore, UK, on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Working closely with home leadership, you will lead sales and marketing initiatives to increase home visibility across the community, manage family inquiries, and execute strategies to meet occupancy targets.

This position is ideal for a sales professional skilled in managing CRM pipelines, building community relationships, and guiding families through care decisions. Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete enquiry lifecycle, host prospective family tours, and analyze CRM data (Salesforce) to maximize lead conversion rates and maintain home occupancy.
Network actively with local community networks, healthcare professionals, and organizations to raise home profile and generate new leads.
Deliver localized marketing strategies to build the care home's digital and offline presence while identifying ongoing growth opportunities.

Requirements

Proven background in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare sector experience preferred but not essential).
Hands-on experience analyzing data in CRM applications (such as Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, target-driven approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a valid full UK driving licence.
