About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering first-class hospitality across the home. Working closely with the kitchen and care teams, you will serve meals and refreshments, prepare dining areas to ensure they are clean and comfortable, and help make every mealtime a positive, enjoyable occasion.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve meals, snacks, and refreshments with a friendly and professional approach.
Ensure dining areas are clean, inviting, and set to high standards.
Assist with kitchen support duties and collaborate effectively with hospitality colleagues.
Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, families, and visitors.

About You
