About the Role

As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will provide flexible cover to ensure residents consistently receive top-tier, person-centred support. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire care teams on shift, support clinical needs such as medication management and care reviews, and maintain a warm, vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide flexible leadership cover during day or night shifts as needed.
Supervise and inspire care assistants, assisting with shift coordination alongside management.
Support the clinical team with medication administration, care plans, assessments, and reviews.
Ensure resident dignity, choice, and comfort are always respected.
