Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate and timely invoices for patients, consultants, insurers, and NHS organizations in compliance with contractual agreements and company policies.
Ensure invoices are processed correctly using agreed charging structures, tariffs, and billing rules.
Review, verify, and monitor billing information to ensure high accuracy and maintain revenue recognition standards.
Process invoice amendments, adjustments, and credit notes as required.
Manage query resolutions professionally and ensure service level agreements and billing deadlines are consistently achieved.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Background in finance, billing, accounts receivable, customer service, or business services (healthcare, private healthcare, or NHS finance experience is highly advantageous).
Skills: Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Good technology skills, including working knowledge of financial management systems, patient administration systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Education: GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C / 4 or above.
Work Style: Ability to manage competing demands, prioritize workloads, meet strict deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
