About the Role

As a Head of Housekeeping, you’ll help create the warm, homely, and pristine surroundings that are so vital to delivering quality care and support. Leading a dedicated team of housekeeping staff, you'll take a hands-on approach by actively participating in the day-to-day cleaning of the home and leading by example.

You will ensure that every room and living space is meticulously maintained to the highest standard. Demanding excellent attention to detail, this role relies on your ability to motivate, inspire, and guide your team to perform at their absolute best, making your care home a shining example of a premium living environment.

About You

To join us as Head of Housekeeping, you will need:

Previous housekeeping experience within a care home, hospital, or hotel environment.
A proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team.
A hands-on work ethic, willing to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team.
A caring nature, excellent communication skills, and a warm approach when interacting with residents, relatives, and staff.
