We are seeking a passionate, bilingual Support Worker fluent in both Polish and English to help lay the foundations of this new service. This is an incredibly rare opportunity to work under brand-new leadership, helping to design the ethos, culture, and atmosphere of a brand-new house to truly make it a home before the children move in.

About Brook View School

Located in Ribchester, Brook View School is set within 20 acres of stunning countryside featuring forest classrooms, stables, and nature trails. The school provides full-time residential education, care, and clinical support for children and young people (ages 8–18) with Autistic Spectrum Disorders and associated complex needs.

What You’ll Do

Bridge the Language Gap: Use your fluent Polish and English skills to support communication, nurture trust, and bring an inclusive dynamic to the home.
Shape the Landscape: Utilize the extensive 20-acre grounds to build an amazing environment that nurtures the creativity, imagination, and life skills of our young people.
Provide Holistic Care: Support children through daily routines, educational activities, and off-site adventures, helping them become the absolute best they can be.
Learn and Adapt: Work a 40-hour weekly rota consisting of a balanced mixture of early and late shifts, alongside scheduled sleep-ins.

Who You Are

Bilingual Communication: Must be entirely fluent in both Polish and English.
Licensed Driver: A Full UK Driving Licence is essential due to the rural location of the setting and the nature of the activities.
Values Over Experience: No prior care sector experience is necessary! If you have a passion for helping children achieve their personal best, our comprehensive, bespoke training package will give you the skills you need.
