This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator to support the delivery of high-quality mental health services while ensuring compliance with Mental Health Act legislation and procedures.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating Mental Health Tribunals, Hospital Managers' Reviews, and legal documentation while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Mental Health Tribunals, Hospital Managers' Reviews, and appeal meetings, ensuring all documentation is prepared accurately.
Liaise with clinical teams and relevant stakeholders to arrange hearings, manage legal paperwork, and maintain compliance with Mental Health Act procedures.
Support service users by providing information regarding advocacy services and monitoring Mental Health Act administrative processes.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar Mental Health Act or healthcare administration role.
Good understanding of Mental Health Act legislation and related legal procedures.
Excellent communication and organisational skills with the confidence to work alongside multidisciplinary professionals.
