PSL The Shires provides specialist supported living services for individuals with diverse needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health presentations. Unlike traditional residential care, your work here directly empowers individuals to live happy, active, and fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes and as active members of their local community.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an integral part of a compassionate team, you will take a highly personalized approach to care. By using proven therapies and structured support, you will help individuals move forward with confidence. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Promoting Independence: Supporting individuals within their own homes and out in the community to build life skills and confidence.
Implementing Care Plans: Assisting qualified staff with the assessment and daily implementation of personalized care plans.
Facilitating Daily Well-being: Undertaking routine tasks and engaging activities that protect and promote the dignity, health, and happiness of the individuals you support.
