Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Clinical Psychologist to join a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing mental health concerns. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the Clinical Psychologist will contribute to high-quality patient care while maintaining professional, ethical, and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy while monitoring patient progress and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and patient safety standards.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Psychology or a related clinical psychology field.
UAE National with completion of the required one-year clinical training.
Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
