About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit an organised and personable Bank Admin Assistant for Ritson Lodge Care Home.

In this flexible, casual role, you will handle a variety of responsibilities to ensure the smooth, efficient day-to-day operation of the care home. Your duties will include answering telephone calls, maintaining files, supporting management, meeting and greeting visitors, and conducting tours for prospective residents and their families. Across everything you do, you will help foster a vibrant, welcoming, and happy environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming telephone calls with a confident and professional manner.
Manage administrative filing systems and support home managers with daily tasks.
Meet and greet visitors, residents, and visiting families warmly.
Show prospective clients and their families around the care home.
Provide flexible cover for planned and unplanned absences (such as annual leave or sick leave).

About You

Strong multi-tasking abilities and good computer skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
A natural "people person" with a genuine interest in residents and their families.
Flexible with your work patterns to support varying shift requirements.
