We are looking for a dedicated Night Senior Care Assistant to join our team, providing exceptional night-time leadership and person-centred care to our residents.

About the Role & Location

Where You’ll Be Working: Henlow Court Care Home in Dursley, Gloucestershire (a CQC-regulated care home).
Working Hours: 36 hours per week, consisting of a mixture of 6 and 12-hour night shifts, including working alternate weekends.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Person-Centred Care: Ensure residents receive respectful personal care (bathing, dressing, oral care) that promotes choice and independence during the night and morning routines.
- Care Reviews: Contribute to and carry out care reviews with residents so their plans accurately reflect their evolving needs.
- Medication Management: Safely, supportively, and compliantly administer resident medication.
- Social Activity: Lead and participate in social engagements, activities, and events within the home.
- Leadership: Support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development, and step up to lead the home when more senior managers are unavailable.

What We Need From You

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or currently working towards it).
A minimum of 12 months on your legal right to work in the UK.
Availability to work night shifts and alternate weekends.
