This registered residential care service supports adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. As a Waking Night Support Worker, your presence ensures they remain safe, comfortable, and fully supported through the night.

What You’ll Do

Person-Centred Care: Deliver high-quality support tailored to individual care plans throughout the night.
Daily Living & Dignity: Assist with bedtime and morning routines, personal care where required, and promote the privacy and dignity of residents.
Safety & Monitoring: Maintain an alert, active presence overnight to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the home and its residents.
Teamwork & Records: Maintain accurate digital and written night records, working seamlessly as part of a dedicated team.

Who We Are Looking For

We want to hear from caring, patient, and respectful individuals who bring a positive and resilient approach to their work.

Requirements:

Driver: A valid UK driving licence is essential.
Experience: Prior experience supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs is highly valued.
Skills: Good communication, basic IT and written skills, and the ability to stay perfectly calm under pressure.
Flexibility: Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis (including weekends and bank holidays).
Compliance: Must be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (fully paid for by us).
