Shift Pattern: Variable contracts available (3–5 working days), with a start time of 3:00 AM. Requires working approximately 50% of weekends. Start date: Week commencing 24/08/2026.

About the Role

As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly and customer-focused Customer Assistant - Home Delivery Picker for their store in Chingford.

In this fast-paced and structured role, you will be picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery or collection. Using in-store technology to accept orders, find the right products, and prepare them quickly and carefully, you’ll make a real difference to our customers every single day. Flexibility is key, as you will also cross-train to support other store departments like Replenishment and Customer Service.

(Please note: Shifts start at 3:00 AM, and applicants must be over the school leaver’s age.)

Key Responsibilities:

Picking & Packing: Use in-store technology to accurately select, pack, and prepare customer grocery orders for home delivery or collection.
Customer Service & Tech: Handle online orders with care and speed, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality.
Structured Routines: Work within a busy, structured environment following clear routines and timed activities.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Pitch in across other store areas, such as replenishment and customer service, as part of a collaborative team.
