About the Role

From receiving deliveries and stocking shelves quickly to helping customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere, your contribution is vital to keeping store operations moving.

You’ll join a fast-paced, supportive team where every colleague plays a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and welcoming support to every shopper.
Stock Replenishment: Stock shelves swiftly and present products to maintain high store standards.
Quality Control: Check incoming deliveries and inspect product quality, removing any items that don’t meet Aldi's standards.

Skills & Experience

Friendly & Approachable: Ready to assist customers and work collaboratively with your team.
Fast-Paced Worker: Comfortable replenishing stock at pace to ensure great availability on shelves.
Reliable & Flexible: Dependable with a strong "can-do" attitude in a busy retail environment.
Experience: Previous retail experience is welcome, but not required—attitude matters most!
