About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our trusted healthcare partners for a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a specialist mental health service in Warrington, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) who has successfully completed their Preceptorship and is looking to develop their career within a secure, recovery-focused environment. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting adult women with personality disorders and complex mental health conditions while delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will:

Deliver high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans.
Support adult women with personality disorders and complex mental health conditions.
Monitor, record, and report changes in patients' conditions.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing records.
Promote recovery, independence, and person-centred care.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Provide mentorship and support to colleagues and junior staff.
Ensure nursing care is delivered in line with NMC standards and best practices.
Contribute to maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and supportive care environment.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
Current NMC registration.
Completion of Preceptorship.
Relevant nursing qualification.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach.
Commitment to delivering evidence-based, high-quality mental health care.

Desirable

Previous experience within secure mental health, PICU, or forensic services.
Experience working with individuals with complex mental health conditions.
Knowledge of recovery-focused and person-centred care approaches.

Working Pattern

Full-Time
Rotational shifts including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, depending on service requirements.
