Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with an active NMC PIN, a full UK driver's license, and access to a personal vehicle.
Proven background in clinical quality, compliance, and governance, preferably within a residential care home setting.
Strong leadership qualities, analytical skills, and an innovative approach to improving care standards.
