About the Role

Are you an organized professional looking for a flexible administrative role in a vibrant, caring environment? Acting as a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a friendly and reliable Bank Admin Assistant for Wilsmere House Care Centre.

In this varied casual role, you will provide crucial administrative cover for annual leave or sick leave. You’ll be the welcoming face and voice of the home—answering phones, managing files, supporting managers, greeting visitors, and showing prospective clients and their families around. Every day brings a chance to support the team and contribute to a happy, thriving community.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front of House: Meet and greet visitors, handle telephone calls with a confident and professional manner, and create a warm first impression.
Administrative Support: Maintain files, manage correspondence, and assist the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Client & Resident Engagement: Show prospective clients and families around the home, and take a genuine interest in interacting with residents.
Flexible Cover: Provide vital administrative support on a bank basis as and when needed by the home.

What We Are Looking For

Skills: Strong multi-tasking abilities, good computer/IT skills, and a confident, polite telephone manner.
Personality: A true "people person" with a warm, welcoming approach and a genuine interest in supporting residents and their families.
Flexibility: Adaptability to work varied hours and days on an ad-hoc basis. Full training and confidence-building courses will be provided!
