About the Role

Are you friendly, customer-focused, and looking for an active, hands-on role? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our national retail client to recruit a dedicated Customer Assistant - Online Picker for their Fort William store.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, structured environment using in-store tech to pick and pack customer orders quickly and carefully, ensuring items are ready for delivery or collection. Because you will also receive cross-training to support other store areas—such as Replenishment and Customer Service—this is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile team player who is ready to help wherever they are needed.

Key Responsibilities

Order Picking & Packing: Use in-store technology to accept orders, find the right products, and prepare customer orders quickly and carefully for delivery or collection.
Early Starts & Flexibility: Handle fully flexible shift patterns with earliest start times from 04:00, requiring approximately 50% weekend work.
Cross-Store Support: Assist across various other departments, including Replenishment and Customer Service, as business needs require.
Customer Care: Maintain a helpful, friendly approach while supporting customers and resolving queries.
