Location: Stubbington Manor Care Home, 139 Stubbington Lane, Fareham, PO14 2NF

Pay Rate: £15.23 per hour

Hours: 33.00 hours per week

About the Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll help residents feel safe, secure, and supported through the night, ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve. You’ll assist with night-time routines, provide comforting support and companionship, and bring your dedication and compassion to a truly fulfilling environment. Every night brings unique experiences, from supporting residents with refreshments and following personalized care plans to providing reassuring one-to-one time.

About You

To join us as a Night Care Assistant, you will need:

Some experience of caring for older people.
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills.
Empathy, a warm-hearted disposition, and genuine compassion for delivering high standards of care.
