Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of Supportive Bridge Limited for a motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Wellbeing Advisor to join their fitness team at Granta Park in Cambridge, UK.

In this role, you will deliver personal training, lead group exercise classes, and perform comprehensive health and fitness assessments within a corporate club environment. Working 20 hours per week, you will supervise gym floor operations, design personalized exercise programs, and deputize for the Programme Manager to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Role Description

As a Corporate Wellbeing Advisor (Personal Trainer), you will oversee gym floor safety, conduct member inductions, and instruct dynamic group exercise sessions including Spin and Les Mills. You will provide ongoing instruction, exercise technique guidance, and lifestyle advice to help members achieve their personal health targets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the fitness floor, perform health assessments, and design tailored exercise and wellbeing programs.
Instruct group exercise and circuit-based classes, including Spin, HIIT, and Les Mills sessions.
Conduct facility inductions, deliver 1:1 personal training, process payments, and deputize for the Programme Manager as required.

Requirements

Active REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (or equivalent) with CIMSPA registration.
Proven experience working within a corporate or commercial fitness environment, including group class instruction.
Excellent communication skills, high energy, and a customer-focused approach to health and wellbeing.
