Supportive Bridge is recruiting on behalf of Five Rivers Child Care Ltd for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a specialist education setting in Warrington, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA to support children and young people within a nurturing, trauma-informed educational environment. You will work closely with teachers and a multidisciplinary team to deliver engaging learning experiences that help students build confidence and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities

Support teaching and learning in both classroom and outreach settings.
Assist in delivering personalised learning sessions for children and young people.
Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Work alongside teachers and other professionals to support student development.
Contribute to academic, vocational, and therapeutic learning activities.
Maintain accurate records and support student progress.

Requirements

Strong communication and organisational skills.
Good IT skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with children and professionals.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Right to work in the UK.
