We are proud to partner with Circle Health Group—Britain’s leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a skilled and adaptable Audiologist for the Outpatients department at The Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a full range of audiological assessments, including pure tone audiometry, tympanometry, speech testing, acoustic reflexes, and otoacoustic emissions.
Perform hearing aid evaluations and precise fittings based on individual patient profiles and needs.
Assist in balance and vestibular testing where appropriately trained.
Recommend, fit, and adjust hearing aids or assistive listening devices using Real Ear Measurements and patient feedback.
Provide valuable counselling and education to patients and families on hearing loss, device usage, and communication strategies.
Monitor patient progress, conduct follow-up sessions, and perform reprogramming and device repairs as required.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications: BSc (Hons) in Audiology or an equivalent qualification approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Registration: Current HCPC or RCCP registration as an Audiologist (or working towards registration).
Experience: Clinical experience in audiological assessment, hearing aid fitting, and hearing rehabilitation within a busy NHS or private sector ENT/audiology service.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities, strong organizational skills, and competence with audiological software, digital hearing aid systems, and electronic patient record (EPR) systems.
Desirable Criteria: Background in specialized areas such as paediatrics, tinnitus management, or vestibular diagnostics, along with membership in relevant professional bodies like BAA or BSA.
