About the Role

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Night Senior Carer for Upton Bay Care Home.

In this vital night leadership role, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of top-tier, person-centred care through the night. You will supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, while also supporting the clinical team in specialized areas such as medication, care plans, assessments, or reviews. Every shift, you will champion resident dignity and help maintain a warm, safe, and supportive home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Night Care Assistants.
Assisting the clinical team with specialized tasks like medication administration, assessments, and care reviews during night hours.
Ensuring personalized, high-quality care that respects individual resident dignity and preferences.
Contributing to a positive, secure, and comforting night atmosphere.

About You

To join Barchester as a Night Senior Carer, you will need:

An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Specific, practical knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
