Shift Pattern: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM on a 5 over 7 shift pattern (including weekends)

About the Role

As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with Myton Food Group (part of Morrisons) to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Production Operative for their Thrapston manufacturing site.

No previous experience is necessary—we will provide all the training and support you need! Working on our busy production lines in a fast-paced factory environment, you will be trained across a variety of tasks to ensure we consistently deliver top-quality products that our customers love.

(Please note: Applicants must be over the school leaver’s age.)

Key Responsibilities:

Production Line Operations: Work efficiently on busy manufacturing lines, completing a variety of tasks to maintain steady workflow and output.
Quality & Standards: Ensure products are prepared and handled to meet strict quality and safety guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the production team in a fast-paced setting.
Adaptability: Maintain concentration during repetitive tasks and adapt to working in a production environment with varying temperatures.
