Role Overview

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Assistant on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will provide vital overnight care, support, and companionship to our residents, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and well-cared for through the night. From helping with night routines and following care plans to offering warm reassurance, your work will make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
Hours: 36.00 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Nights
Closing Date: 15 August 2026

What We Are Looking For

To join us as a Night Care Assistant, you will need:

Some prior experience caring for older people
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills
