Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Five Rivers for a People Services Team Administrator (12 Month Maternity Cover) to join their team in Salisbury, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to support recruitment, onboarding, learning, and HR administration within a purpose-driven organisation. Working in a hybrid environment, you will play a key role in ensuring people processes are efficient, accurate, and well organised.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People Services team.
Assist with recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and offer documentation.
Support onboarding, learning, and development administration.
Maintain HR records, trackers, and internal systems accurately.
Respond to routine employee queries and provide administrative support.
Handle confidential information professionally and accurately.

Requirements

Previous administration experience.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work as part of a team.
