About Strathmore House

Nestled in the lovely area of Dresden, Stoke-on-Trent—directly opposite the scenic Queens Park and close to Trentham Gardens—Strathmore House is a vibrant residential home. We provide dedicated support for 14 male and female residents who are autistic or have a learning disability. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Night Support Worker, you will join a compassionate team working through the night to ensure the safety, comfort, and smooth running of the service.

Please note: While this specific role focuses on maintaining the home's environment and safety rather than providing direct personal care, your presence is vital to the nighttime wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of the residents throughout the night.
Assisting with day-to-day operations and keeping the home organized and well-maintained.
Contributing to a peaceful, safe, and welcoming atmosphere.
Supporting the wider team to ensure the service runs efficiently by morning.
