About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Customer Team Leader to lead a small team at our partner store in Stockbridge, Edinburgh. Step into a fast-paced retail environment where you will help deliver essential community services and take the next step toward managing your own store.

Depending on the store setup, responsibilities may involve working in the post office or bakery, or supporting online services and home delivery drivers. No prior retail management experience is required—we are looking for a passion for people, flexibility, and strong leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading, motivating, and coaching the team on your shift to ensure efficient operations and great service.
Shop Floor Operations: Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, setting the pace for Customer Team Members.
Store Performance: Support merchandising, stock accuracy, and internal HR processes.
Community & Membership: Champion Co-op values through local community engagement and driving membership growth.
