In this role, you will provide vital administrative and financial support within a modern, 30-bed private hospital. Working alongside the Business Administration Manager, you will handle queries, resolve data quality issues, and ensure smooth daily administrative workflows.

Role Description

As a Business Administrator, you will manage day-to-day business support tasks including answering general inquiries, assisting with financial administration, and auditing data accuracy. You will utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, improve operational processes, and ensure exceptional service for patients and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle general customer inquiries and provide daily administrative support across hospital functions.
Assist with financial administration, billing processes, and resolving data quality discrepancies.
Collaborate with the Business Administration Manager to streamline workflows and maintain data accuracy.

Requirements

Experience in a customer-facing business support or administrative environment.
Proficiency in IT applications (MS Outlook, Excel, Word) with strong data entry and keyboard skills.
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent); NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration is desirable.
