About the Position

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to partner with the Co-op to recruit a friendly and dedicated Customer Team Member for their Longford store.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team delivering essential daily services, from manning the tills and shop floor to working in our in-store bakery and helping customers find what they need. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a vital role in making life easier for shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Deliver friendly, thoughtful service and help put things right for customers when needed.
Store Operations: Work hands-on on the shop floor, operating tills, maintaining in-store bakery duties, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked.
Quality & Safety: Maintain store performance by checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy to ensure everything runs safely and legally.
Community & Membership: Promote Co-op Membership and help connect the store with local and national charities.
Flexible Working: Cover varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and at least one weekend shift. (Note: Must be aged 18+ due to early morning/late evening shift patterns).
