Location: Sycamore Grove Care Home, Lilac Lane, Pevensey, BN24 5NU

Pay Rate: £18.26 per hour

Hours: Flexible / Casual (Bank contract)

Contract Type: Bank (As and when required to cover annual leave or sick leave)

Shift Pattern: Days or Nights Available

About the Role

As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents, enabling us to deliver top-quality, person-centred care and support with ultimate working flexibility. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a dedicated team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews, while always respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents to maintain a warm, welcoming environment.

About You

To join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will need:

An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
A warm-hearted, compassionate nature with a strong commitment to individualized support.
