Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to recruit for Conquest House, a beautiful residential service located in the village of Farcet, Peterborough. Set in large, scenic country grounds, this semi-rural home provides a tranquil and supportive environment for 15 male and female residents.

The residents at Conquest House have a primary learning disability diagnosis, and some may also be on the autism spectrum. Our dedicated team is deeply passionate about helping them build practical skills, live as autonomously as possible, and reach their personal milestones.

As a Support Worker and Key Worker, you will provide direct, life-changing care. Because our work can be challenging yet deeply rewarding, your natural empathy and emotional resilience will help you guide residents through both their highs and lows, ensuring they live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities

Person-Centred Care: Deliver high-quality daily living support and personal care, ensuring resident choice, dignity, and independence are always prioritized.
Key Working & Goal Setting: Act as a key worker, empowering individuals to establish personal goals, learn new skills, and track their daily progress.
Community Integration: Utilize your driving skills to help residents safely participate in local social activities, hobbies, and community life.
Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous care plans, daily charts, notes, and progress records.
Relationship Building: Develop positive, warm, and professional relationships with residents, their families, and your healthcare colleagues.
Safety & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of safety, building security, and confidentiality in line with care regulations.

What You'll Bring to the Role
