In this role, you will be the welcoming face at checkouts, self-serve tills, and kiosks, ensuring shoppers enjoy a smooth transaction and leave feeling valued. You will also cross-train to support other departments like Market Street or Replenishment, making it a fantastic opportunity for a versatile team player.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Checkout Operations: Process transactions smoothly and efficiently across checkouts, self-serve tills, and kiosks while offering a warm, helpful service with a smile.
Customer Support: Assist shoppers with their queries, remove barriers, and ensure every customer feels looked after and welcome.
Cross-Store Flexibility: Provide flexible support to other in-store teams—such as Market Street or Replenishment—wherever help is needed most.
Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment while operating equipment correctly and following store procedures.
