About the Role

Are you friendly, customer-focused, and ready for an active start to your day? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to find dedicated team members for their Online team at the Shrewsbury store!

In this role, you will be picking and packing customer orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for delivery or collection. Using in-store technology, you will accept orders, find the right items, and prepare them quickly. You will operate in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities.

You will also have the opportunity to cross-train and support other parts of the store—such as Replenishment and Customer Service—depending on daily needs.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer online orders accurately and quickly using in-store tech.
Follow structured routines and timed processes in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a helpful, friendly approach to support customers and resolve queries.
Operate store equipment safely and follow correct health and safety guidelines.
Collaborate flexibly across different departments—such as Replenishment and Customer Service—when needed.
