About the Role

Are you friendly, customer-focused, and looking for an active role in a fast-paced environment? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our national retail client to recruit a dedicated Customer Assistant - Online for their Catcliffe store.

In this role, you will be an essential part of the Online team, picking and packing customer orders using in-store technology to accept orders, find the right products, and prepare them quickly and carefully for delivery or collection. Because you will also receive cross-training to support other store areas—such as Replenishment and Customer Service—this is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile team player.

Key Responsibilities

Order Picking & Packing: Use in-store technology to accurately pick and pack customer orders for delivery and collection.
Flexible Shift Coverage: Cover fully flexible shift patterns between 05:30 and 23:00, including weekends, across Monday to Sunday operations.
Cross-Store Support: Assist across other vital departments like Replenishment and Customer Service as business needs require.
Structured Operations: Work in a fast-paced environment following clear routines and timed activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
