Key Responsibilities

Achieve key performance targets for resident occupancy, self-pay resident mix, and average weekly fee rates.
Build local community partnerships and generate sales inquiries through targeted events, PR initiatives, and local sponsorship.
Conduct competitor analysis, monitor market trends, and identify new business opportunities within the local catchment area.

Requirements
